Horse Starting & Re-education, 4 weeks minimum

A$500 / week (boarding included)

I take a limited number of horses (max 5) to ensure each one receives personal attention and calm, consistent work. My goal is to build trust and confidence before anything else.

I can start young horses under saddle or in harness, correct behavioural issues, and help rebuild trust and confidence in both horse and rider.

I also teach liberty work — both on the ground and under saddle — to develop a deeper connection based on communication, respect, and understanding. Contact me for any of those services.

Training process | Horsemanship in Queensland

Every horse deserves time, understanding, and a clear conversation. Here’s how I approach each new horse I work with.

☕ First meeting together

We start with a friendly chat — usually around a coffee — to understand your horse’s background, habits, and goals. This moment helps me see the relationship you already have and what both of you need next.

🐎 Training for 4 weeks

Once the horse arrives, I take full care of its training. I begin with groundwork focused on respect, softness, and confidence before introducing the first rides calmly and progressively.

🤝 Final Session

At the end of the training, I provide a complete demonstration of your horse’s progress, followed by a hands-on session where we discuss what has been achieved.
If needed, I also offer follow-up support to help you maintain and strengthen the results over time.

• Owner welcome to visit or observe sessions

NOT Included

Farrier & veterinary costs (remain owner’s responsibility)

Horsemanship Liberty Clinics – 2 days

A$450 2 days with your horse

Join our small-group clinics (maximum of six participants) designed to strengthen communication, confidence, and connection between horse and rider.

Each clinic focuses on understanding the horse’s mind and improving your ability to work together — whether on the ground or in the saddle.

Pricing:

Participant: A$450 for the full 2-day program
Spectator: A$80 per day
Meal option: A$20 per day

Accommodation: Not available on site, but several options are nearby
